Staff can be taken on a permanent, temporary or temp to perm basis to ensure the candidate is a perfect match before clients commit. Contractors work for 13 continuous weeks on a contract basis to prove their ability and suitability, after which Cerco will transfer the contractor over to the employer with no extra charge.
