Step 1 - Core Training
This is our long-standing and highly effective FastTrack Training Program.
It is designed to provide you with a functional knowledge of computer hardware.
FastTrack students learn, amongst other things:
- the fundamentals of networking
- printer installation
- server architecture
- operating system configuration
Step 2 - Work Experience
Where relevant we aim to place you out in the field to gain valuable customer experience.
A typical role may be that of Field Service Engineer; fixing EPOS devices or installing retail hardware.
Step 3 - CyberScheme Team Member (CSTM) Training with Merimetso
A 5 day course designed to augment the foundation knowledge acquired in step 1 with an in-depth understanding of penetration testing and network security.
You will be exposed to every aspect of ethical hacking, including:
- law
- network assessment and enumeration
- Kali / Linux
- vulnerability assessment and exploitation
- report writing
Step 4 - Entry Level Penetration Testing / Mentorship
Prior to sitting the CyberScheme Team Member exam you will be placed out in the field to gain valuable experience of life as a penetration tester.
Better still, if required, you have the option of mentorship by a Merimetso consultant - you can be assured your work is set to a professional standard.
Step 5 - CyberScheme Team Member Accreditation
With training and valuable work experience complete you will sit the CSTM exam and emerge with a strong industry standard accreditation.
