Rebecca Knapper Head of Core Business

Following a positive start to her career with Cerco in this position, she then moved over to the Recruitment department and has since lead and managed large, nationwide deployments for key customers. Within this role, she organised and planned project schedules, not only managing engineers on a daily basis but upholding and developing customer relationships which resulted in her quickly being promoted to Senior Recruitment Consultant.

Chris Barlow Managing Director
Chris is the Managing Director having taken on the ownership of the business in July 2017. After many years in main stream recruitment Chris joined Cerco IT Training as Head of Recruitment in 2003 with the remit to set up and launch a brand new initiative a Recruitment Division, a first for Cerco which had been training only since it was established in 1989. Graduates of the training scheme now had a dedicated team to assist them in finding suitable IT engineering opportunities. The new divisions business levels grew year on year and became an integral part of the Cerco Group so much so that in 2010 it was decided to stop selling training and rely solely on revenue from Recruitment. In recognition of this Chris was made a Director of Cerco a position he has held ever since.
